Gifts are tax-deductible contributions and can be made through an outright gift, a pledge or a planned gift. Payable to ASU Foundation and dedicated to the College of Nursing and Health Innovation, contributions may take the form of cash, appreciated stock, a bequest, real estate, other assets or a combination of those contributions.
Scholarships
Endowed Scholarships & Fellowships
An endowed scholarship is established with a minimum $25,000 gift that can be provided in a lump sum or through scheduled payments. Through an endowed scholarship, you may provide a lasting tribute for whom the scholarship is named. The named scholarship will exist in perpetuity to benefit future students.

Annual Contributions to Scholarship Funds
Contributions to scholarship funds help cover the cost of all or part of a student’s tuition, fees and books. Gifts to our general Nursing Scholarship will positively impact students' lives. Additionally, gifts of $100 or more are recognized on our college’s donor recognition wall in the Nursing and Health Innovation 2 Building. Full listing of annual donor benefits.
College of Nursing and Health Innovation - $25 Million Endowment
Endowing ASU’s College of Nursing and Health Innovation will be transformational for the college locally, nationally and around the globe. An endowment for the college will provide the dean with a stable source of income to hire new faculty to educate more students, fund pilot research studies to improve and enhance health and healthcare, award scholarships and fellowships and to help launch new programs and initiatives, etc.
Center for Improving Health Outcomes in Children, Teens and Families - $5 million Endowment
The goals of the Center for Improving Health Outcomes in Children, Teens and Families are conducting interdisciplinary research; translating research findings into clinical practice; educating health professionals, students and the public; mentoring pre- and post-doctoral fellows and junior investigators; and leading innovation to improve pediatric and adolescent healthcare. Endowing the Center will provide sustainable funding for the infrastructure of the center. This endowment will provide partial support for the director’s and faculty salaries, the data management team for the Center, pre- and post-doctoral fellows, pilot research projects, educational and community outreach initiatives, staff support and compilation of community resources and links for Arizona youth and the ASU Community.
Hartford Center of Geriatric Nursing Excellence - $5 million Endowment
Comprehensive in nature, the Hartford Center of Geriatric Nursing Excellence is organized around 3 components: research, community outreach and education. Endowing the Center will provide sustainable funding for the infrastructure of the center. This endowment will provide partial support for the director’s and faculty salaries, the data management team for the center, pre- and post-doctoral fellows, pilot projects, educational and community outreach initiatives, staff support and compilation of community resources and links for the aging population and the ASU Community.
Faculty Chairs
Faculty Chairs in Aging, Evidence-based Practice or Maternal/Child Health will enable the dean to recruit a nationally renowned, senior research scholar in the related field. The chair holder will conduct research directly improving health outcomes. Professorships may be endowed with a minimum gift of $500,000. Chairs may be endowed with a minimum gift of $200,000.
