This seminar is intended to update interdisciplinary healthcare providers on oncology and palliative care. This two day program will focus on three specific areas of interest: 1) Update on Adult Cancers; 2) Update on Palliative Care Issues; 3) Update on Cancer Specialty Populations. Each symposium, presented by a recognized expert in the field, will offer a comprehensive review of the specific topic. Participants will receive the most up-to-date information on the subject, expanding one’s skill in providing better patient care. A combination of didactic lectures, panel presentations, slide presentations, small group discussions, seminars, and question and answer periods will be utilized.
