About Our Faculty
The College of Nursing and Health Innovation at Arizona State University is the home to faculty who are recognized on national and international levels for their innovative research and development of healthcare policies. Our highly talented faculty share a strong commitment to provide excellence in teaching for students, evidenced-based outcomes to accelerate research into practice, and dedicated service and advocacy to improve health outcomes for the community and nation. Faculty work closely on research and education programs that integrate treatment and prevention which address conditions such as obesity, diabetes, depression and anxiety.
Approximately 140 full- and part-time faculty in the college apply their expertise and experience as leaders in many community, state, national, and international professional organizations. Faculty are experienced teachers and clinicians who prepare students to be future leaders by teaching the latest developments in the nursing and healthcare fields.
Among our full-time faculty six are Fellows of the American Academy of Nursing and four are Fellows of the National Academies of Practice.
