The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), and the CDER Academic Collaboration Program (CACP) invites you to apply for a unique program. You will earn a Master's degree in Regulatory
The partnership will admit recent graduates or professionals from the health or related sciences programs annually in the Masters program within ASU's College of Nursing and Health Innovation MSRSHS.
Students and professionals selected for these programs will be full-time students at ASU, as well as active duty Commissioned Corps officers. Students who qualify will be commissioned in the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) Commissioned Corps
Qualification/Application Process
To be enrolled in the program, all applicants must apply and qualify to be commissioned into the USPHS Commissioned Corps in addition to being accepted into the ASU Graduate College. It is highly recommended that candidates apply to both the USPHS and to the ASU MSRSHS program simultaneously.
Acceptance into the United States Public Health Service

To qualify for this program in the Commissioned Corps, candidates must:
- Be a U.S. citizen
- Be less than 44 years of age (unless prior uniformed service)
- Be medically qualified (PDF)
- Receive a favorable suitability/security investigation
- Have at least a qualifying degree from an accredited institution (varies depending on occupation).
