Congratulations to CHPDP partners including the Watts Family Maryvale YMCA, the St. Vincent de Paul Family Wellness Program, the Maryvale branch of Mountain Park Health Center, and the Arizona Department of Health Services - Diabetes Prevention and Control Program who were awarded the ASU President's Medal for Social Embeddedness by Dr. Michael Crow.
