Dr. Rebecca Lee of ASU’s Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention (CHPDP) will travel to Mexico as a Fulbright Scholar Grant recipient to continue her research around obesity and type 2 diabetes. The prestigious program is funded by the U.S. government and “aims to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries.” This is the second Fulbright awarded to Dr. Lee which speaks to her expertise and dedication to the field. Congratulations for this well-deserved award, Dr. Lee!
