Biography
Shelby Langer is an Associate Professor in the College of Nursing and Health Innovation at Arizona State University. She is also a member of the Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention at ASU and an Affiliate Investigator at Mayo Clinic Arizona. Her research interests include dyadic communication and emotion regulation within the context of chronic illness; cancer survivorship; caregiving; palliative care; pediatric pain; and pediatric and adult obesity.
