Biography

Lesly Kelly is an assistant professor in the College of Nursing and Health Innovation at Arizona State University. Her research interests include: the role of nursing in patient outcomes in acute care; compassion fatigue; burnout; nursing workforce issues; and the effect of system and technology influences on nursing and patient outcomes. Among her awards and honors, she was selected as a March of Dimes Nurse of the Year finalist and received the University of Arizona Alumni Association Young Professional Achievement Award in 2016.
