Biography
Pauline Komnenich is a professor and director of the Nurse Educator Program in the College of Nursing and Health Innovation at Arizona State University. Her research interests include family caregiving of older adults cross culturally, characteristics of caregiver dyads, end of life issues, nursing education and interprofession. Since 2008, she has been the ASU faculty coordinator and treasurer for the Nursing Education Exchange (NEXus) Consortium Project comprised of 12 university-based nursing colleges offering distance accessible doctoral programs. Among her honors and awards is the March of Dimes' Legend of Nursing Award in 2010.
