Home / Homecoming

SAVE THE DATE:  Homecoming 2018 will take place on October 28 - November 3, 2018.  Please check back for further updates as programming details are released.

Homecoming 2017 was a lot of fun!  See below for highlights of this past year's activities.

The College of Nursing and Health Innovation celebrated Homecoming 2017 by inviting our alumni home to join in the celebration.  From an ice cream social, to a tour of our simulation lab, an alumni reception and the long standing tradition of the ASU Homecoming parade and block party- there was something for everyone! Homecoming is one of the university's longest standing traditions and we truly enjoyed the chance to welcome you home to celebrate.

We hope you'll save the date and plan to join us for more fun in 2018!

Interested in volunteering at homecoming?

College of Nursing & Health Innovation is looking for volunteers to help provide first aid and blood pressure checks at the Homecoming block party on Saturday, November 3, 2018. The block party occurs after the parade and before the game. Come join us and spread some Sparky spirit.

The two areas in need of volunteers include:

First aid tent – provide basic first aid.  EMT radio contact and backup on site.  Supplies and equipment provided.  Volunteers must be licensed RNs (includes APRNs) or physicians.  Spend a few hours providing care and have an excellent viewing point for the parade!

Blood pressure checks – provide blood pressure checks at the CONHI tent to the public.  Supplies and equipment provided. Volunteers must be licensed RNs.

The volunteer shift times will be confirmed once the game time is set and the block party time determined.  This information is normally given a few weeks beforehand.  If you would be interested in helping in the first aid tent or taking blood pressures at the CONHI table, please register and indicate whether you would be available in the morning or afternoon.  Once the time has been determined, we will be in contact.

Please sign up to volunteer!
