Sensor-Guided Sleep Environment Optimization for Older Adults Living Alone with Cognitive Concerns


Project Description:

This study evaluates a sensor-guided sleep environment intervention for adults aged 65 and older who live alone with subjective cognitive decline or mild cognitive impairment and experience insomnia symptoms. Using continuous bedroom sensors and personalized behavioral support, the intervention helps participants optimize their sleep environment to improve sleep quality, reduce insomnia symptoms, and strengthen confidence in managing factors that influence healthy sleep.
