Course Information Worksheet Drop-In Advising Sessions

Edson College will offer drop-in advising sessions, which are a great opportunity to double-check your information and confirm your application is accurate before submission. Before meeting with an advisor, make sure your TEAS score is on file with ASU and that you have completed your Course Information Worksheet (CIW).

Attending a drop-in session is highly recommended to help you stay on track, avoid common mistakes, and prevent delays that could affect your eligibility. If you are a direct admission student, you are not required to attend advising for a CIW review, since this form is not part of your application. However, you are still welcome to join drop-in advising if you have any questions about the application process.

The drop-in hours are as follows:

  • Thursday, January 22, 2026 | 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Friday, January 23, 2026 | 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Monday, January 26, 2026 | 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

There are two types of applicants for advancement: first time degree-seeking applicants and postbaccalaureate applicants. Requirements vary by applicant type.

The advancement guides are located in Google Docs at the links below, which may display which user(s) are currently viewing the document. This will include your name and your email address if logged into your Google account. If you do not want your information to display when viewing the document, log out of your Google account first, and then open the document.

  • First Degree-Seeking Advancement Guide - First-degree applicants are students who are working towards completion of their first bachelor’s degree and will not have a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution when the summer/fall 2026 clinical nursing program begins.

When submitting, only .xls and .xlsx file types are accepted. To download Microsoft Office 365, visit https://myapps.asu.edu.

Step 8: Create your Complio account and submit health and safety documents.

All students applying for the summer/fall 2026 clinical nursing program are required to create a Complio account and add the compliance package to meet the health and safety requirements. If you do not complete this step, your application may not be considered for advancement, or it could be withdrawn from consideration.

Summer/Fall 2026 Health and Safety Deadlines

February 2, 2026: To stay on track, you must set up your Complio account and add the compliance package. Instructions can be found in the advancement guide.

March 2, 2026: You are required to complete all health and safety requirements, except the drug screening, criminal background check, and statement of health clearance. If you do not complete these requirements by the deadline, you will not be considered for advancement.

March 27, 2026 (expected deadline, subject to change): If you are selected for advancement or alternate status, you will receive additional instructions for completing the remaining health and safety requirements. Failing to complete these steps by the given deadline will result in the loss of your advancement or alternate status.

The advancement guide provides step-by-step instructions (including the passcode: PRETRK) for setting up your Complio and adding the compliance package. You can also use the health and safety checklist as a helpful tool to stay organized, but it does not replace the full details in the advancement guides.
