Becoming a CIHRA Faculty Fellow: Requires ongoing, active involvement with CIHRA activities (e.g., attending CIHRA meetings and/or events, serving on CIHRA committees, mentoring, giving CIHRA presentations) and other scholarly activities that demonstrate a commitment to the production of creative works, research and scholarship, teaching, mentoring, and service that advance issues in aging. Generally, becoming a CIHRA Faculty Fellow also requires that the faculty member will also have served 2 years as a CIHRA Faculty Affiliate, although exceptions may be granted. To determine if a CIHRA Fellow is in good standing, his or her status will be reviewed annually.

• Two-page statement: Please briefly describe your key areas of interest in aging and list the CIHRA activities in which you have participated. Interest in deepening collaborations to implement evidenced based care and wellness strategies to support persons with dementia and care partners. Desire to broker collaborations to advance grants and other funding opportunities to support critical work.
