Step 1. NursingCAS application
Submit your application through NursingCAS. NursingCAS collects your official transcripts, your resume, and your registered nurse license information, and verifies your coursework and calculates your application GPAs. Allow time for transcripts and other supporting materials to reach NursingCAS and be verified, since your application is not complete until NursingCAS has received and verified everything it requires.

Step 2. Program supplemental application
Complete the program supplemental application in Kira, using the link in your NursingCAS application. The program supplemental application is where you tell the admissions committee about your goals, your critical care experience, and your readiness for anesthesia education, through recorded video and written responses.
What makes an application complete
Your application is complete when your NursingCAS application and your program supplemental application in Kira are both fully complete, and all supporting materials, including official transcripts, have been received and verified by NursingCAS in accordance with NursingCAS requirements. Every part must be complete by January 15, 2027.
Step 3. Interview
Complete applications are reviewed after the deadline, and selected applicants are invited to an in-person interview with the program in Phoenix.
Step 4. Admission status notification
Applicants are notified of their admission status after interviews are complete. Applicants selected for admission or for the waitlist receive instructions for the next step.
Step 5. ASU graduate application
Applicants who are notified of selection complete the Arizona State University graduate application. Applicants should not complete this step until notified to do so. Any ASU graduate admission application received outside of the prescribed admission process will not be considered for admission.
Step 6. Official offer and matriculation
Admitted applicants complete matriculation requirements before enrollment, including an unencumbered Arizona or compact state RN license and the program's health and safety requirements. Offers of admission to the first cohort are conditional. Enrollment begins after the COA grants the accreditation status required for student enrollment. The program notifies applicants holding conditional offers in writing of the accreditation decision and their options at that time.
